I welcome mothers to return to yoga with their babes in tow. A gentle hatha-style class that is designed to help regain core strength, open tight areas, release tension and carve out a small piece of mother’s day for herself. A re-filling and joyful class that acknowledges the need to stop and nurse, change or tend to your babies, my post-natal yoga is a delicious way to reconnect with your bodies, and connect with other new moms. Some postures may incorporate baby and/or yoga for babies. Suitable for babies 6 weeks to 18 months.
